After six productive seasons with Honda, Nacho Cornejo joined rival Hero MotoSports in May 2024, strengthening their line up which already boasts of RallyGP competitors Ross Branch, Joan Barreda, and Sebastian Buhler.The Chilean, reputed to be the master of navigation in RallyGP, has 9 Dakars to his name, including 6 Top 10 finishes. His best performance remains his 4th place in 2020. Last January, the Chilean finished 6th. With his jockey size, ‘Nacho’ is there to shine but also to act as bodyguard for his new team-mate Ross Branch, who is fighting for the world crown this season.
