- En tant que copilote de Joao Ferreira, Filipe Palmeiro a connu une année extrêmement chargée. Les deux Portugais auront en effet participé à 24 courses. Ils auront pour cela couru avec diverses voitures et participé à quatre championnats différents.
- La saison a par ailleurs été extrêmement fructueuse. Ensemble, Joao et Filipe ont remporté le championnat portugais, le championnat européen, et ils comptent, à l'approche de la dernière manche de la Coupe du monde de Baja à Dubaï, 9 points d'avance sur leurs plus sérieux rivaux.
